Job Description 

We are looking for a highly motivated and Experienced Program Manager to lead the development and execution of critical projects within our Unmanned Systems (Including Loitering Munitions).

You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects on time, within budget, and to exacting military specifications

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading to customer’s success while securing Company’s interests.  
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines and stringent regulations.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for assigned unmanned systems projects.
  • Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, scientists, and other technical specialists.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively implement corrective actions.
  • Manage project interfaces with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant military standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and deliver clear and concise project reports and presentations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency, effectiveness and profitability.
  • Reporting to VP Programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering / economics / Business Administration.
  • 7 Years’ experience as a Program / Project Manager in an agile environment with a dedicated development team.
  • Past experience in similar roles within Defense companies – Must.
  • Proven experience in project and subcontractors’ management (Locally and Abroad).
  • High Negotiation Skills and proven experience.
  • Leadership and ability to work independently or as part of a team while driving co-workers towards goals.
  • Representative, Excellent communication skills, Self-Driven & Motivated.
  • Professional English verbal and writing skills – Additional languages knowledge – Advantage.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in the UAV industry – An advantage
  • Operational military background – An advantage
  • Process improvement methodologies – An advantage.
