Job Description                                                                                                                            

We are looking for Flight Control Engineer to be part of our R&D and Engineering team for developing unique solutions for our UAV systems, reporting to our Chief R&D and Engineering Officer.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Flight controller optimization.
  • Configuration for flight controllers.
  • Examining flight controllers and navigation sensors.
  • Conducting failure analysis.
  • Analyzing flight logs.
  • Modifying flight controller parameters for improving flight performance.


  • Relevant B.Sc. degree in engineering.
  • Knowledge and experience working with flight controllers (an advantage for drones).
  • ArduCopter Specialist.
  • Experience with Pixhawk, Beta flight – an advantage.
  • Experience in analyzing logs and flight data in real time.
  • Hands-on and practical experience in failure analysis and optimization of control loops.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role – must.
  • Previous experience as system engineer – an advantage.
