Job Description
We are looking for a Development Technician with a multi-disciplinary background and a can-do approach to Join our R&D and Engineering team where you will be engaged in various aspects of development, design and maintenance of prototypes.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborating in developing, designing and building prototypes.
- Building electro-mechanical assemblies
- Supporting bring-up and evaluation of electronic boards and mechanical assemblies
- Electrical and software Integration of Prototypes
- Electrical assembly Including wiring and soldering
- Setting-up laboratory setups
- Supporting laboratory tests as well as field tests
- Taking major part in conducting failure analysis
- Trouble shooting mechanical, electronic and software problems.
Requirements
- Technician diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Electronics/Mechatronic or any other relevant field.
- Experience in building prototypes
- Knowledge and experience in mechanical and electronic work.
- Ability to assemble electrical systems, including wiring.
- Experience in setting up testing setups and conducting experiments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of mechanical and electronic failures.
- Ability to trouble shoot software problems during bring-up process (advantage)
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with challenging constraints
- Experience with multidisciplinary product development in the field of drones and/or robotics (advantage)
- Can do and hands-on approach, Solution finder, self-motivated, and a strong teamwork quality.
- Creativity, out of the box thinking and organized.
- Experience in the defence industry – advantage.
