15 years of experience operating UAVs, as well as teaching, training, and executing operational missions.
Held leading positions in BD, marketing, sales, and management of large-scale and complex UAS programs for the Israeli MOD.
Specialized in Unmanned Autonomous Systems, with a deep understanding of end-users’ changing needs.

Vast experience in leading complex projects in start-up mode, while adapting products to customer needs as well as pairing customer needs to products.

COME WORK WITH US
The Supply Chain Coordinator will report directly to Head of Operations and will have the primary responsibility of managing the flow of materials in the company, to support all internal disciplines, as well as external resources. A successful candidate will work with the Engineering team, to support development processes, as well as with Programmers and Operations teams, by supporting Integration and Delivery milestones and Company’s KPI for On-Time Delivery, Quality and Cost Reduction effectively.
Main Objectives
Execute daily Procurement activity (purchasing)
Ongoing management and communication with external suppliers.
Support internal disciplines, such as Engineering, Business Development, Finance, etc. with required material and/or information.
Full familiarization with ERP system, ensuring it reflects and supports company’s accurate data & information.
Perform out of regular process tasks within supply chain, if required, to support ad-hoc demand.
Manage Export/Import activities as well as local material transfers.
Analyse market trends and apply this knowledge to make insightful buying decisions.

Responsibilities
Approach various sources for products and services provision.
Conduct direct communications with suppliers for quotes and updates, including price negotiation.
Raise and monitor Purchase Orders from start to final delivery, including order confirmation, delivery updates, etc..
Support of the system demand by manually raised requests and purchase orders.
Working closely with transporter (e.g. FedEx, UPS etc.) and customs authorities.
Act as Point of Contact for: Engineering – procurement of required tools and material. Business Development team – supporting BD activities, etc. Finance team – invoices or any other queries.
Warehouse/Logistics – Archiving supporting documents (COC forms, etc.) and resolving discrepancies.
Manage material transfers in the ERP system, including booking incoming orders and issue kits for integration.
Lead and conduct periodic stocktake.
Requirements
At least two years’ experience in a multidisciplinary, electromechanical companies (Aerospace & Defense – advantage).
Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain processes, including Procurement, Planning and the Logistic processes.
Knowledge and hands-on experience with Priority ERP system – Mandatory.
Knowledge and hands-on experience with MS Office suite, especially Excel spreadsheets.
Experience working with local and international suppliers.
Experience in logistics and international shipments (Export and Import).
Excellent organizational, communications and administrative skills.
Capable of working independently as well as a part of a team.
Self-learner with a proactive approach.
English – professional (verbal and written skills).
